You must add specific issues to your working list before you can start working on them.
To choose issues to work on:
Open the Requests view. If it is not already open, double-click the Requests node in the Serena Explorer view.
Select the Issue Defect Management node and click a report. If no reports are displayed here, you may need to add reports to your request list.
Select the requests that you want to add. You can Shift-click to select a range, or CTRL-click to select multiple individual requests.
Click the Add to Working List button. The requests are added to your working list. You can select the My Working List node to see the issues you have chosen to work on. These issues will now be available to relate to files when you check files in, check files out, and add files.
