If you will use SBM to manage requests from within your IDE, you can optionally enable single-sign-on (SSO) for both Dimensions CM and SBM. This allows a single set of user credentials to log into both applications through the use of SSO tokens. If SSO is not enabled, then the integration attempts to log into SBM using the Dimensions credentials. In this case, the user IDs for Dimensions CM and SBM must be identical in order for users to be able to connect to SBM from within the Dimensions CM integration to Visual Studio.
