Complete fields in this wizard to limit your search to objects that meet specific criteria. The fields may include the following, depending on the type of object you are searching for (requests, items, baselines, or parts). Once you have defined the correct criteria, click Next to display the search results.

Field	Object Type	Description
Project	n Item	The project to which the item belongs.
Product	n Request n Item n Baseline n Part	The product to which the object belongs.
FileName	Item	The filename of the item.
Project Path	Item	The path to the item within the workset.
Type	n Request n Item n Baseline	The type of object. This may be a request type, item type, or baseline type, depending on what you are searching for.
Title	n Request n Baseline	The title of the request or baseline.
Request ID	n Request n Baseline	A specific request ID. If you are searching for a request, this returns the specified request. If you are searching for a baseline, this returns baselines associated with the request.
Originator	n Request n Item n Baseline	The ID of the user who created the request, item, or baseline.
Status	n Request n Item n Baseline	The lifecycle state that the object is in.
Is Pending	n Request n Item n Baseline	Whether or not the object is in one of your inboxes.
Category	Part	The category that is assigned to the design parts you are searching for.
Part ID	Part	A specific part ID.
Revision	Item	Choose to search all item revisions, or limit the search to latest revisions only.
Description	n Item n Part	The object description.
Item ID	Item	A specific item ID.
Baseline ID	Baseline	A specific baseline ID
Template	Baseline	Template used for the baseline
Created between	Baseline	Creation date range for a baseline
