Displaying all Available Requests

Use the following procedure to display all available requests.

To display all available requests:

1. Open the Serena Explorer.

2. Double-click the Requests node. The Requests view appears.

3. From the Requests view, the following default request lists appear:

• My Working List: This lists requests that you can use to check files in and out.

• Draft Requests: Use this list to store requests that you have begun to write.

• Requests: This lists all requests that are currently assigned to you.

4. Double-click a request to open it and update it.
