Display the Search tool from the left navigation pane. Here you can submit simple keyword searches, or search based on specific criteria. To display all change requests in the system, select Search by Keyword from the Search area, leave the keyword field blank, and click Search.
You can also find and track specific defects by running and creating reports from the Reports view. For more on reporting in SBM, see the SBM online help.
