To use the overlays in this site:
1. Create the content of the nav bar, see index.html
2. Create 2 html files for each overlay, modX_Y.html (see mod_template.html) and modX_Y_movie.html (see mod_template_movie.html).
3. Create a standard html file for non-overlay content, see index.html
