Adding a scorecard attribute
Start with the pre-configured template. Modify the default data XML, footnote XML, footnote XSL, layout XML, and layout XSL the way you want it. If you make the scorecard attribute searchable, the search will look only for the total score.
- From the application toolbar, click Setup, and then select Customization.
- Select the Attributes Setup tab.
- Select the Scorecard/Notes Grid tab.
- Choose Scorecard from the drop-down list.
- Click New.
- Under Properties, enter a name and a description. The system name will be generated. The default label is what the scorecard will be named in summary views.
- If you want the scorecard to be a global attribute, select Global. A global attribute is required for all work item types and optional for any work type.
- If you want allow users to search for the scorecard, select Searchable.
- For each of the configuration options (Default Data, Footnote, Footnote XSL, Layout, and Layout XSL), edit the XML.
- Click Save.
Deleting a scorecard attribute
If your organization is not using a scorecard attribute, you can remove it. Even when it is assigned to a Summary tab.
- From the application toolbar, click Setup, and then select Customization.
- Select the Attributes Setup tab.
- Select the Scorecard/Notes Grid tab.
- Select Scorecard from the list.
- Select a scorecard attribute.
- Click Delete.
Editing a scorecard attribute
Make your changes and then save them.
- From the application toolbar, click Setup, and then select Customization.
- Select the Attributes Setup tab.
- Select the Scorecard/Notes Grid tab.
- Select Scorecard from the list.
- Select a scorecard attribute.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save.
Viewing a scorecard attribute
Scorecard attributes can be viewed from the Scorecard/Notes Grid tab in the Attributes Setup tab.
- From the application toolbar, click Setup, and then select Customization.
- Select the Attributes Setup tab.
- Select the Scorecard/Notes Grid tab.
- Select Scorecard from the drop-down.
