Open the Move Resources dialog box to move a resource or a resource team to a different location in the Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS).
The Move Resources dialog lists all investments that you are authorized to view. The investments are displayed by default in a tree view that you can navigate just like the navigation pane in the Investments module. When you select an investment for a report or a notification, the selection applies to that investment and all investments below it in that branch of the tree view. When you select an investment for include/exclude or self-allocating activities, the selection applies only to that investment.
To move a resource
- Open the
Resources
module.
- Select the Resource Pool tab.
- Select a resource team.
- Select a resource.
- Click Move/Copy.
- In the Move Resources dialog box, click a resource team into which the resource will move.
- Click OK.
