Use the Creatable check box when adding or modifying agile work types. If the Creatable check box is enabled, then the agile work type will be an option to users when they create new agile work types.
To limit agile work type availability for new agile work types
- From the top-level navigation, open the Admin module.
- Select Customization.
- Select the Types Setup tab.
- Select the Work Types tab.
- Create or select the agile work type that you do not want to be available to users when creating new agile work types.
- De-select Creatable.
- Click Save
