An agile work type can be deleted as long as it is not being used by an existing item. If an agile work type is being used (or may be used again) by an item, you should inactivate it.
To delete an agile work type
- From the top-level navigation, open the Admin module.
- Select Customization.
- Select the Types Setup tab.
- Select the Work Types tab.
- Select an agile work type.
