Assigning a user or a security group to a security role

Users can be assigned to security roles one at a time or as part of security groups.

To assign a user or a security group to a security role

  1. From the top-level navigation, open the Admin module.
  2. Select System Settings.
  3. Select the Security tab.
  4. Select the Roles tab.
  5. Select the name of the security role to which you want to assign a user or group.
  6. Under Users and Groups, select the name of the user or group you want to add move the user or group to the column on the right.
  7. Click Save Save.
