If an agile work type is inactive, you can reactivate it so that it can be used when creating new agile work types.
To activate an agile work item
- From the top-level navigation, open the Admin module.
- Select Customization.
- Select the Types Setup tab.
- Select the Work Types tab.
- Choose an agile work type.
- Select Active.
