Enabling SLA Reports in Work Center

You can show or hide SLA reports in Work Center for each application or application group. When enabled, the SLA reports are pinned to the Reports side menu; when disabled, the reports are removed from the side menu and are no longer available in Work Center for that application.

To pin SLA reports:

  1. From the Administrator portal, select Work Center, and then select Settings.
  2. Select the SLA Menus tab.
  3. Under Available Applications / Application Groups, search for or select an application or application group. To apply the SLA menu settings to all applications, select All.
  4. Under SLA Menu Settings, select or clear the check boxes for the SLA reports that you want to show or hide.
  5. Save your changes.
